ITS Logistics has leased a 1,045,889-square-foot distribution center in North Fort Worth.
The facility is Northpoint Development’s newest build-to-suit, located near Blue Mound Road. Cresa represented the firm, and this is ITS Logistics' first location in Texas, according to a news release.
The new building will feature a 40-foot clear ceiling height, about 200 dock doors and parking for over 200 trailers. It is expected to be completed in July 2023. Brad Struck, Clint Manning and Darren Woodson represented ITS with Cresa industrial services partner John Bollman.
“We are proud to work with one of the fastest growing logistics companies, ITS, in its expansion efforts and to have led the site selection for their first location in Texas,” said Struck, a managing principal with Cresa’s Dallas office. “It was crucial to identify a location, which would continue to accelerate growth, while also providing access to transportation and labor. Northpoint has been a great partner to work with to deliver that state-of-the-art facility in an ideal location.”
Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, ITS Logistics employs more than 900 people across several states. For ITS, the new facility creates room for future expansion efforts with access to supply chain infrastructure.
With this new lease, ITS’ U.S. distribution space now totals more than 3.0 million square feet.
Missouri-based NorthPoint Development is in the midst of building one of the largest industrial parks in North Texas. Intermodal Logistics Center is a seven-building industrial park adjacent to BNSF’s Alliance Intermodal facility.
Intermodal Logistics Center is expected to total almost 6.4 million square feet by the time it's completed. The development is already home to a 1 million-square-foot distribution hub for western wear maker Ariat International Inc.
