Fehmi Karahan: North Texas poised for corporate headquarters relocations even if recession hits

By Bill Hethcock – Senior Reporter, Dallas Business Journal

Fehmi Karahan, whose Legacy West campus in Plano famously landed the North American headquarters for Toyota Motor Co. in the biggest corporate relocation to North Texas in the past decade, is searching for his next big thing.

In an interview with the Dallas Business Journal, Karahan gives his outlook for corporate relocations to DFW in the year or two ahead — and shares why believes most companies moving to North Texas will choose the suburbs over Dallas’ urban core.
