76179 Third Highest Zip Code for Home Sales in NTX
These 20 ZIP codes are seeing the most home sales in North Texas right now

Forney in Kaufman County, the Aubrey-Krugerville area northeast of Denton, and the Saginaw-Eagle Mountain area northwest of Fort Worth rank as the hottest pockets for home sales in North Texas.
The 75126 ZIP code in Forney topped all others, with 441 homes that went under contract within 90 days of listing since July 1.
The 76227 ZIP, which includes Aubrey, Krugerville and nearby parts of Denton County, ranked second, with 361 homes going under contract in the period.
Third highest was the 76179 ZIP, with 333 homes under contract. That zone includes Saginaw and the Eagle Mountain and Pecan Acres areas northwest of Fort Worth.
“Investing in real estate in Fort Worth’s northern suburbs like Saginaw will likely pay off given consistent demand, quality of schools, and overall growth in the areas over the last several years,” Upchewshaw said.
